RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. These Regulations define the rules for submitting online applications for participation and price- related terms and conditions related to the LENDTECH Congress, hereinafter referred to as the “Conference,” scheduled to take place on 23 April 2020.
2. The organiser of the meeting shall be Polski Związek Instytucji Pożyczkowych [Association of Polish Loan Companies] and the General executor shall be Projekt Akademia Sp. z o.o, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Organiser. The regular cost of participation in the Conference per person shall be:
- PLN 900 + 23% VAT (registration completed till 29 th February )
- PLN 1400 + 23% VAT (registration completed after 29 th February ).
3. Included in the price are: Participation in all panels of the conference Conference materials Simultaneous translation (from Polish to English and from English to Polish) during the conference All meals indicated in the agenda (lunches, coffee breaks, and cocktail ).
4. After enrolling in the Conference by means of registration on the Conference website, the Organiser shall send a return confirmation of participation within 1 days.
5. The person signing the application form or filling out the online form at www.lendtech.pl or applying to take part in the conference by means of sending an e-mail on behalf of the Applicant represents that they are properly authorised to act for and on behalf of the Applicant, particularly as regards concluding an agreement with the Organiser (as per point 4).
5a The Organiser reserves the right to reject an application without stating the underlying cause of such rejection.
5b The Price is to be transferred within 7 days from receipt of the e-mail message confirming registration, and in no case less than 7 business days before the commencement date of the Conference, to the following bank account: on the basis of a pro forma invoice enclosed with such a confirmation message. Failure to pay by the above-indicated deadline shall result in a given registration being cancelled. The Organiser shall issue a VAT invoice after payment has been made.
6. If the Applicant fails to pay before the date of the Conference in spite of having received a confirmation of participation from the Organiser, the Applicant shall bear the cost of participation, which shall be PLN 1400 + 23% VAT per person.
7. The Applicant shall have the right to resign from taking part in the Conference pursuant to the following terms and conditions. Such a resignation from taking part in the Conference shall be made in writing and shall be submitted to Projekt Akademia Sp. z o.o. via e-mail to the following address: biuro@projektakademia.pl
8. If the Applicant resigns from taking part in the Conference by 15 February 2020, they shall pay an administrative fee of PLN 600 + 23% VAT for every cancelled application.
9. If the Applicant resigns from taking part in the Conference after 15 February 2020, the Applicant shall pay an administrative fee corresponding to the full cost of participation, as indicated in point 1 of the Regulations.
10. If an Applicant fails to take part in the Conference without submitting a written resignation, then the Applicant shall bear the entire cost of participation, as indicated in point 1 of the Regulations.
11. Failure to make the relevant payment shall not amount to resignation from taking part in the Conference.
12. Provided that the Organiser consents to this, another person indicated by the Applicant may take part in the Conference in the Applicant’s stead.
13. The Organiser reserves the right to modify the agenda and change lecturers, venue and date of the Conference, to cancel the Conference, and to refuse to accept an application or conclude a cooperation agreement without stating the underlying cause.
14. Accepting the terms and conditions of participation means giving consent to the Organiser and Conference Partners for the storing and processing of images recorded in photographs during the Conference for marketing purposes in line with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (journal of Laws no. 133, item 883).
